We are a community of faith, and as the psalmist says,

I was glad when they said 'let us go up to the house of the Lord.'

We are a worshiping people, gathered to praise God, acknowledge our need for his grace, proclaim his word, and be sent into the world for service. Our worship will be marked by authenticity, diversity, and passion. Authenticity is being real, transparent, vulnerable before God and each other.

Diversity is the multiplicity of expressions in the body of Christ--spiritual maturity, experience, language, color, gender, culture, age, and education. Our leadership and styles communicate variety in the body of Christ and the creativity of the God we worship. Passion is the fire of our worship, the fuel that expresses itself in true enthusiasm, devotion, and commitment.
